Kelli facilitated a retreat for the staff of our small nonprofit. Working with her was delightful and meaningful. When we initially met to plan the retreat, she asked deep and poignant questions that brought clarity about the needs of our team. Her facilitation of the resulting retreat for our staff was exactly what we needed. She was well-prepared yet flexible. Most importantly, she created a space where we all felt comfortable. She led by example, encouraging everyone to be vulnerable, which led to meaningful connections. Next time we need someone to facilitate, we'll absolutely be calling Kelli!
