The E.P.I.C. Concept
E.P.I.C. reflects what I believe coaching is really about: empowering people to trust their own wisdom and inspiring collaboration that creates energy and synergy you can’t get on your own.
For me, “empowering people” means you’re not being fixed, directed, or told what to do. You’re being seen, listened to, and asked the kinds of questions that help you uncover what you already know and what you really want.
“Inspiring collaboration” is what happens when people can think out loud together, build on each other’s ideas, and spark new possibilities in the process. That back-and-forth creates momentum, shared ownership, and a vision that feels real and doable.
The combination of personal empowerment and genuine collaboration is why I chose the name E.P.I.C. and why I do this work.
COACHING

I know that pattern from the inside, too. For years, my own life was full of nonstop doing: teaching, raising kids, showing up at events, saying yes to whatever was needed. I cared deeply about my family and my students, but I was moving from one thing to the next on autopilot. I felt scattered and exhausted, with very little space to ask myself what really mattered to me or what I believed about the kind of life I wanted to live.
Knowing
the pattern
from the inside...
I’ve spent most of my life inside organizations that exist to help others. In education, I watched talented, big‑hearted people burn out — not because they didn’t care, but because they were rarely given the time or tools to step back and realign.
When my children left home, I finally had the quiet to notice how much of myself I’d put on hold. With the help of mentors and coaches, I began to question old beliefs—like the idea that I was responsible for everyone else’s happiness — and to reconnect with my own values, voice, and direction.
Slowing down, getting honest, and realigning my life around what mattered changed everything.
Later, as a life coach, I saw individuals come alive when they finally had that same clarity, support, and a few simple systems to move toward what mattered most.
Now, I focus on bringing that clarity and support to entire teams.
I work with nonprofits and small businesses because I believe your work matters — and it shouldn’t have to feel so scattered and exhausting.
My role is to create the space, ask the right questions, and help you build the practical systems that allow your organization to function in a way that matches your values and your vision.

My coaching philosophy
starts with a deep belief in people.
Individuals and teams are far more capable than they often realize, especially when they have space to think clearly and simple structures to support them.
Our thoughts and assumptions shape how we show up, how we relate, and how we lead. So, I help leaders, teams, and communtities slow down, notice what’s really driving their decisions, and reconnect with what matters most.
From there, my work is practical and customized. I don’t bring a rigid formula. I listen, ask honest questions, and co-create processes that fit your culture and mission.
Together, we clarify vision and priorities, strengthen trust, and design straightforward systems so that follow-through becomes natural, not exhausting.
At its core, my coaching is about creating environments where people feel empowered, aligned, and equipped—so your organization can do its best work in a way that’s sustainable for the people doing it.
