After 38 years in education — as a teacher, instructional coach, and administrator — Kelli has always loved supporting and lifting others. She now uses her coaching training and lived experience to work with leaders and teams through values-driven coaching and workshops that clarify vision, deepen connection, and make follow-through feel natural.
Kelli partners with local nonprofits and community groups to design retreats and workshops tailored to each team’s needs.
